Ignore that other guy. Worry about light spectrum at this point is just way overcomplicating things right now. Also Miracle Grow soil is awful and should be avoided, especially if it has time release fertilizer. It will grow weed in a pinch, but it's not ideal.

Your lights are fine for now. It won't be enough for a full grow for two plants IMO but it's great for the seedlings.

As for your ACTUAL question, if your just referring to those little rounded leaves yellowing, they are called cotyledon leaves and they are supposed to turn yellow. They are the seedlings first food source and once the plant uses up the nutrients they store they turn yellow and drop off.

Also if that is time release miracle grow soil DO NOT feed the seedlings anything else right now, it will be too much. I'd suggest getting something better, like Happy Frog or something similar before you transplant into bigger containers. Also, avoid clear cups in the future. Roots aren't meant to see the light. Read a bunch about growing while theyre at this stage, it will help immensely.

Are u watering too much,? I've started seeds in MG and eventually ended up in FF soil, but I never had a problem.

And like stated above do not give extra nutrients that MG has plenty of nitrogen and phosphorus for veg

Plastic cups should have drainage holes.

It’s not just those leaves tho the other ones too there getting more yellow and I have been reading a lot actually can u recommend some CFLs to grow? Or maybe a led light I would only be growing 2 plants each time

So this is the two plants currently this is the soil I’m using and that’s my crazy ass homage grow light I used what I had and idk if y’all can see through the pictures but it looks like it’s starting to yellow at the tips

All CFLs are alright for growing. Some are better than others but they'll all do the trick. I'm by no means an expert in growing with CFLs though so I'd suggest if you want more info on that search the forum for some grow logs using them and give them a read.

For LEDs some people do okay with the cheap blurple ones on Amazon but my personal experience is they're a waste of money. Whatever you choose for a light long term, base it off your space and ventilation, not the number of plants. There's too much variation in plant size, no one can tell you what's best for two plants. You could be trying to grow two tiny plants in a little closet with a couple 150w CFLs or two monsters in a 6'x6' tent with a 1000w HPS.

So it's hard to tell in the pics but I do see the yellowing on the edges. I'd guess it's the soil. That time release fertilizer can definitely cause nute burn in seedlings. But again, it's hard to say with 100% certainty. Overall, I'd say you have a lot of reading to do. TBH, everything I've suggested is readily available on this forum. Almost every question you can think of about basic growing and troubleshooting has already been asked and answered to at least some extent. I'm not saying that to be a dick, but you can save yourself a lot of stress waiting for a reply to your posts with a little digging around the site.
