Help with ventilation in new room?

hey guys! i’ve been thinking myself in circles about my environment so i came for some advice. i’m moving to a new house and am going to have an entire room to myself to grow in! great news, finally ditching the tent. except i’m a little unsure how to set up. the ‘room’ is a 10x10 space that was added to the house by taking the space out of the garage. the central heating/air was attached to the room however there are no windows, just a set of french doors to enter/exit. there only two walls that i can go through for exhaust:garage facing or facing the walkway by my front door. i’m thinking i’m gonna have to cut a hole in the garage wall to exhaust air out and bring in a portable a/c or a mini split.can they be on the same wall? also, is there a simpler solution to my problem?

alright bear with me hvac isn't my strong suit by a longshot. sealing it, in this case, would mean weather stripping the doors, and just placing a burner? do i add the ac as well or would this be a mini split situation?

You will need cooling one or the other how much depends on lighting an burner size. 10x10 room is going to make some heat Also will need a dehuy which will also add heat.

i think i'm actually gonna go with a mini split and tank/monitor/regulator combo to avoid the heat and sketchy feeling lol

Even with a mini split- you will likely need to control humidity if you’re going to grow larger plants. The plants perspire 97% of the water they intake into the air.
I am currently feeding twice daily- 5-6 gallons each time- it is a lot of humidity- i just added a second dehumidifier so now i have one in the room and 1 in the other end of the basement.
I am definitely going to flip sooner next group however this round I had trouble getting seeds to pop and I ended up with plants that are nearly 4 weeks apart- I only have I grow space so I had to find a happy medium- but the first two plants are now huge-over 6’ high
The later plants are perfect size.

oh yeah definitely going to be running a dehu in the room. i was really going back and forth over the air exchange problem but didn't know enough about hvac to confidently make a decision. sealing it takes that away and now it's just fine tuning the environment as far as temp/humidity goes and getting everything else setup.
