Haha Sorry for not answering your question first timer 4 to 6 weeks is what most people go with it's really your preference. Just remember the plant will double in size by Harvest so make sure you have enough room.

Hey 1st tymer 4 feet will be plenty. If your using Cfl's you can start flowering at 2 feet if your using a light with a ballast and hood you might wanna cut back to a foot. Just out of curiosity could I see your plants?

That's a nice lookin plant man one thing i'll suggest is to get your lights as close as you can without touching the leaves you can have CFL's less than an inch away though to prevent stretching, the goal when growing with CFL's is to keep the plant as small as possible so it will grow better stem structure which leads to bigger yields.
