Help with seedlings

Is it safe to put these seedlings under a hps bulb in growtent on 400w setting in a xstream propagator, if so how high should the light be away, and what temp to aim for also when shall i give nutes to them, there like 3 days old

At the moment iv had them in a heated propagator with a desk lamp above them and they look fine for now just sprayed with water and a tiny bit of formulex wjich i used on auto flower seeds and it didnt hurt it

i keep my bulb 18 - 24 inches away but i only use them for flowering i wont hurt the plants though i dont think... do you not own a mh bulb?
