Help with seedling spots on leaves

Growing in coco perlite, two weeks from planting and believe I over watered it a little bit. I have 5 plants and only two of the 5 have these spots on the leaves.

Using RO water with mild nutrients but no cal mag and wasn't sure if that might be the cause.

You should start feeding cal mg after first 7 days. At least i do

Thanks mudballs, have you ever seen these spots before? Is it cal mg related or something else?

You need to replace the cal/mag when using RO water.. Cal def..

Highly likely if you are using RO and not supplementing cal mag. Just start adding it now
