Help with seeding..I can’t figure it out

Hello everyone,
My seedling is looking wired and it isn’t growing.
It’s my last Northernlights X Big Bud cross and I really need to save it.
The leaves are pointing up like it needs water but it’s got water, I can’t figure it out.
I enclosed two pics of it
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The nl side is arguing with the BB side.

Overwatered and not enough light. What kind of T5 are you using? Is it just a single bulb? They should be much bigger than that. When using T5's you want a fixture that allows you to use the 54 watt HO bulbs. You don't want a fixture that uses those 10 watt LED bulbs. And you need to get the light close. You don't want it a foot away.
 
I’ve had it close to the bulb. I had it under a single bulb blue spectrum 6500k bulb but I recently moved it under my 5 bulb (t5) setup.
Idk what’s going on with it. That’s why I decided to ask around

Soil looks woody and seem to contain a lot of bark. If you buy local cheap soil it's best to remove all twigs, wood and bark before planting. That soil looks horrible I'm afraid.
 
It just doesn't make sense...the cotyledon leaves should be bigger and withering/changing color by now...but they are still new-new, and so is everything else....which means it is getting nutrients...yet it is not developing..which means it's not growing, but it's not dead..or dying...I'm high as shit right now and I don't get it...like suspended animation. bongsmilie
 
No I haven’t been feeding it.
it’s planted in one of those jiffy pellets, I swore I wasn’t ever gonna use those again.
I’ve seen some that were started in them , so I got convinced to use them.
 
If you’re in normal soil make sure you let the medium dry out a bit between waterings so the roots can search a bit (but obviously don’t let it die ha). Also what is your temp/humidity. Surprised no one asked that lol. Go find a cannabis VPN chart and see where you are on it. You might be in the danger zone which would halt growth

I've only used them pellets a couple times but my plants have responded great with them.
