HELP with my venting setup

Hi there i have a 2.5m3 coal shed with a 600w HPS in it (no cool tube) i have a DIY CF and 2 ex.fans one at 107m3/h the other at 72m3/h. currently setup like this:

cf - weaker fan - 4" dia. pvc tube aprox 10" long - stronger fan - 6" dia. ducting.

I also have the same weaker type ex.fan pulling in cold air.

now this first grow is on a budget and all things apart from the 2 fans were aquired free and the fans were only £14 each. this is the reason the ducting doesn't match the fan dia. etc.

now my temps at the moment are on average 26c but peak at 29c after light has been on all day. RH is always low tho when light is on at 30% - 40%

Should switching my fans around so that the more powerful fan is next to the CF make a difference or not?

It should make a difference. CFs lower the output of the fans.
