They are very dark green and starting to claw with burned tips. Too much nitrogen.
There's also some folding or taco-ing of the new growth up top. Back your lights off a little, dim them down a bit if you can.
What's your humidity and temps?

Sorry, I am not sure. I ordered a few hygrometer/thermometers the other day. I already moved the lights higher the other day when I seen the tacoing. If I had to guess I would say the temps are around 70-75 degrees. I am using a full-spectrum led marshydro that I got from a friend. It says “item:ts-600” on it but I never could find it online. It is around 2-2 1/2 feet high. Should I do a flush? And if so should I feed after the flush?

No, don't flush. Just give it plain water next 2 waterings. Then resume nutes at 1/2 strength. Work your way back up as the plant gets bigger
