Help with lighting

I have my grow cabinet ready to go but i dont know what lights to go with. The cabinet is 5'w x 6't x 30"d I'm going to have 3 plants in it. I'm on a very small budget so as cheep as possible would be nice. Any thoughts?

Id try and make 2 shelves and veg under 1 flower under the other!Couple cfls or tubes on the bottom and a 400w or equivalent on top!Good luck.

Could also get a dimmable 600w mh/hps but you would need a decent exhaust which would cost a bit more.
