full rich soil grow, in 1 gallon pots. use fertalizers that feed the micro-organisms in the soil, and supply 100% of all 13 minerals and you can grow in a shot glass.i was "educated" about rootbound a couple years back haha......

i would use a fast indica strain, to keep plants small and flowering times short. a strain like sea level, emerald warrior, or kish. and i would LST them to keep them extra short. NO topping, just LST, and veg time should only be around 20-25 days.
Use T5 lighting. its cheap, just effective enough and takes up the least amount of space. i would put 280~ watt's of T5 lighting in the box. 2x 60 watt on top and 1x 60 watt on 3 walls (left, right, back walls.) for the Flowering chamber. and 80~ watts in the "clone" chamber (2x 40 watts on top).
make the Flowering chamber 4 feet tall, this will allow for 1 foot buckets and 2.5 foot plants make the clone chamber 1 foot tall, enough for clone trays, and a few plants in veg in smaller pots.
