Help with Fleximix cubes

Hi im tryin to find out if i can put cuttings straight in the 100% natural and biodegradable FLEXIMIX cubes? do i use hormones, rooting compound or shouldn't i have to? i have a tray of 24 cubes and it says that the kit includes root stimulator plugs with micro elements and amino acids..

Can anyone help me with this matter please??? seeds are gonna be ready soon and im gettin cuttings soon to so needs to use these. how do i go about using these cubes when there seedlings as regards to humidity,temp etc..

You can use rooting hormone if you want, they sound a lot like RapidRooters, you should just need water.

For the seeds just put them like 2cm below the top of the material, then just water them and keep them in a humidity dome around 78F til they sprout.
