Help with discoloration on leaves

Can anyone please tell me what this discoloration is I'm on week three in veg using Fox farm Ocean Forest soil. And I'm using nutrients Fox farm brand at 1/3 recommended strength. This just started happening this week and it's only on the edges PLEASE HELP

I don’t believe you need any nutes at this time. OF is a hot medium and requires no added nutrients this early

agree....they look over nuted
