can i use one 100watt cfl 5200k and one 60 watt soft white for flowering would this be better then 2 60 watt soft white cfls... some let me know somthing

Those sound like equivalent not actual watts. Not nearly enough light to flower regardless of spectrum.

A 250w hps will do 2x2 area, i hope this helps.
