help with aerogarden?

ive been using it for about 2 weeks now and nothing has popped up.. i look inside and i see roots but nothing will come up they have been sitting there doing nothing for a week now.. so am i not able to grow in this?

i cant understand your post how have you got roots if nothin is growin ? have u got pics or more info ??

see u can see down in it that it has roots but nothing is coming up.. like i said.. two weeks and nothin..

anyone ever used an aerogarden before?

what size and colour are the roots? how moist is the starter plug thing? it might possibly be that the starter plug is a little tight and that the seed case and such are having issues growing upwards, on that note, that might also be because the starter plug thing is too dry so too much resistance. it's hard to say wihtout any information.
