Help with 4000 watt set up

hello fellow growers!!!! glad to be here on this forum to mostly ask and real all your pro grow advice, hoping to also master in growing to also help out. but till then i am back with another couple questions. as of today i am researching to start my next 4 000 watt grow and after small closet/cabinet grows i have done with no problemos, which made me pretty confident in starting a bigger grow and the more i look into big grow setups the more i am not sure i can get it all going.what i need help with... and basicly my plans (please correct and suggest something)1) i want to run 4 1000 watt lights in a lets say 4by4 meter room with maybe another 2 400-600 watt mh lights in my flower room. i want to have 4 plants per light in about 5-10 gallon pots. most likely 5 gallons so the plants get enough light. my question here is how should i set up my ventilation? (size of fan(intake, out take) and the number of fans needed for in/out. 2) next what i wanted to know is; the grow is going to be during the winter and everywhere i search there is absolutely no information about how to warm the intake air? it gets to - 40 outside and for sure that cannot be the intake air temperature. or can it? or maybe there is a way to have the air wormed a bit before taking it to the grow room. (basically if its hot in the room and the weather outside is -30,-40 then how do i intake fresh air.) think thats all for now.... it will be very interesting to hear how you would run the show and i hope everyone takes this post seriously because all of your replies will affect my grow because i will take everyone's advice into consideration and most likely use your advice in my grow. so please fellow growrzzz help a noob on his quest to becoming a pro grower. all posts will be of much help and hey let me know how u do it. thnx for readn, hope to see some action on this thread and hey there better not be any sht talk...... dont agree wth another grower, just reply to his post with the way you think or know it should be like .... weed is not just a drug, its a currency. :D and who said money doesn't grow on trees? 3) the third question is more of a what would you do..... so instead of me telling you my supply list and w.e i want you to tell me what YOU would absolutely have in the same 4000 watt room... so what equipment, what room size, what nutes, what fans, the whole set up basicly.... so the question here is HOW would YOU SET UP A 4000 watt room and WHAT WOULD BE IN YOUR ROOM also how manny plants and in what pots would you place under each plant to get the best yeild.

You will have to build a small box on the outside to keep light from being seen - paint it black on the inside. If it is close to neighbors you might want to considera 6" exhaust to keep the noise of the fan down. My garden is in the mountains so I get many nights and some days that are freezing or below. I've had two plants that were only 2 feet away from intake fans that blew right on the plants - What I'm getting at is the temp air was very cold, but there was a 1,000 watt light right above them so the air was warmed quickly and didn't seem to be too cold for the plants. One word of warning - When the room temp gets too low your plants will get stunted which means they won't grow fast and they will be dwarfed a lot. Good luck I hope this help you out...I just remebered something. If you buy a new exhaust - Get one that has a thermostate that you can set for it to go off and on for the temp you want in the room - They work great!

Ok let's figure this out man! So if I read right you want 4000 watts in a 4x4? I know most people running 4000 are doin it in 10x10 or bigger rooms. Also -40 intake air..not gonna work! Make things easier on yourself and look into a CGE or "closed grow environment. You can seal the room, add an A/c unit, ( i wanna say 3000 btu per 1000 watt), and add co2. Some would say the Co2 isn't even necessary. Superstoner I think ran sealed without co2 for a minute. You can build a "lungroom" where a/c, dehumidifier, heater( for night time if you need it) are housed. This is where you "create" the air you want pulled into the room. You can cool the lights separately from the room, ( air from your house is pulled over the lights and right back out). Pull stinky/ stale air from flower room, through carbon filter and into lung room, air gets cooled, enriched, and sent back into flower room. That is the best I can explain, please anyone correct me if I gave amy misinfo. Also, do you have enough amps to run 4000? Consider running 2, 2000 watt rooms on a flip flop.

2 x 6 '' exhaust / intake fans , a carbon filter obviously , getting 4 x cool tubes at hydro shop would be good so u can lower lights couple inches above bud.
Your gonna need to make your self a board with an industrial timer and 4 outlets plugged into the timer , if your living where your growing then adding extra breaker should be considered other wise u can plug straight in the stove plug . If u get a 8x8' grow tent .. and u grow in that tent then u could have the intake sucking in the air from the room and leave a small crack in the window to let fresh air in the room .. like that u can control the fresh air getting sucked in the tent ... you can buy 8x8' tentes on ebay for 320 $ shipped. Helps control the smell and way less of a mess once your done ! Good luck
