Help? What is this?

I was just down in my garden inspecting my plants and came across this on the underside of leaf. Does anybody know what it is I've never seen this looks like eggs of some sort? Growing outdoors in New York. I've also been spraying once weekly with Dr. Zymes because I had some mildew and before that neem oil. What would be recommended for this problem I'm having now the Dr. Zymes or neem oil or something else? Any feedback would be appreciated thanks guys!

Moth eggs maybe. As a gardener I've never known moths or even butterflies to be good for anything except destruction. I'd put that leaf with the eggs in a ziplock bag. Hopefully somebody knows what they are. And if you hurt something beneficial, at least you'll know for next time. They are on the underside of the leaf, but most insects lay their eggs there.

After a quick google photo copy they look like moth eggs. Not good they'll eat into your buds and their waste causes bud rot.
