Hey guys total newbie over here... I've started to grow my first plant a few months ago now, it's some strand from Jamaica that i picked up a bunch of seeds from and brought back with me... i first started growing in in a little pot by my window, and it grew for a little while until my cat chewed off most of the largest leafs.... really sucked and it stunted the growth for a mad long time until a little grew back but by that time it smelled up my room so bad... i keep it outside now and its grown ALOT since then, but its only like 2 feet tall... i never actually expected to grow it even close to this tall since it was just a fun experiment i thought of... but now that its this tall im curious whether or not it will bud or not... im not sure how to tell if my plant is female or male, and how long would i have to wait to find this out... its been growing for at least 3 months now, maybe 4, but its had a few setbacks... any ideas? oh and if anyone is good enough to recognize this strain please let me know :) this has been my favorite bud by far
 
wait, could it possibly to have any kind of bud coming off since EVERY plant is hermaphroditic? or maybe even seeds? cuz i'd rather put another seed ive gotten to grow if this is gonna be of no use to me later... anyone have ideas of what to do?
 
every plants not a hermie, if its a hermie it will produce seedy buds, male will produce pollen, and female will produce seedless buds unless they are pollinated by a hermie or male
 
im pretty sure every plant is a hermaphrodite, even if the male parts are small + female predominate, or vice versa, im hoping to save a few seeds if any out of this, not every day you get to find your favorite bud seeds
 
haha well alright i just wanna know if its gonna give me a seed or 2, thats all im lookin for, btw is it illegal to grow hemp?
