Overwatering ? Not enough water?

id say to leave it alone and let nature work. and dont fry it with a light.

Ouch, she doesn't look too happy. I would plant straight into soil or coco or something like Root Riots if it was me next time. And it looks like you're spraying them with water which might not be helping anything. The roots need to have a reason to grow. If you spray them they won't have to build roots to obtain the water if that makes any sense.

Gently remove the seed shell with a pair of scissors. That way light can get to the leaves. I have had it get stuck and almost kill one.
