Help! Seed Mold?

I recently began germinating some of my best seeds
This is the third day and upon checking on them this morning
I saw that not only had they all sprouted
but there is a thin layer of white fuzz on the tendrils poking forth from the seeds
I can't discern whether or not they're root hairs of some sort, mold, or if its just papertowl particles stuck to them.
I fear I may have kept them too moist
and not have planted them soon enough.
Has this happened to anyone before?
And if so might it be okay to plant them regardless
in hopes that it'll clear up
or will it infect all of the plants?
Im desperately in need of advice
I just purchased a 1000w hps/mh light
and now my seeds are seemingly ruined!
