HELP Problem no one can figure out need help.

First time grower got some leaves r starting to develoed these grey spots on themm, growing in coco u sing 400 w mh a hesi fertz anyone have any idea as to whats the problem?

could be over fert man ..the plant looks pretty young...gotta be careful with the nutes. but i also could be wrong.

Turns out the problem was fertz burn, wasnt following the schedule properly, any ideas on how to fix this problem, i know its almost never reversible
