Help plz, CFL cloning?

whats up guys,

i am just wondering, i am on a tight budget but am trying to setup a cloning/vegetative room next to my flowering room. i use a 400w HPS for flowering but my question is, what is the least amount of CFL wattage i can use to grow 4 plants or clones in the vegetative state?


also where can i get a cheap CFL fixture/ballast like the ones you can plug in two bulbs and just hang it over the plants, not the fancy ones with reflective panel and stuff like that, just the simple fixture that i can plug my CFL bulbs into and turn them on.

these are just Y plugs at lowes, also this is the light for the mother I use 1 for clones. Look at link.

honestly fuck cfl's .. unless your box is square .. they are useless ... T5's Ho fluoros , are the best ... cfl's only for a square setup ...
