Do you have a thermometer in with your plants? if not put your hand on top of them for a few seconds to get an idea of the heat. Flourescents don't put off much heat so i don't think heat would be the problem, unless it is very hot in your area to begin with. A lot of times you will start to see curl like that from Ph swing. Are you controlling the ph of the water you feed with? Without knowing what exactly the plant has been through, all you're going to get is someone's best guess. Mine would be nutrient lock out by way of Ph swing.

Hey guys my friend is doin a lil grow jus two plants, theyv been goin quite healthy.

main grow light 200w CFL 6400k
some decent indoor compost

no nutes yet.

bag seeds, meant to be amnesia haze.

on sunday the older plant was topped. tuesday my friend got hold of 4 more fluros, 3 18w 1 56 w tubes. all 3000k.

on friday i noticed the plant and told him they dont look healthy. he refuses he over watered them i dont think he has, the leaves arent drooping. but all leaves are dry crispy, forming claws, a couple were badly folded under themselves. could it be stress? heat damage? tho the fluros arent meant to produce that much heat, but hes switched off the 56 w fluro and mvoed the rest a bit back. some tips are also turning yellow. but the whole plant has new growth.

:?:
any help would be appreciated.

yeh there is a thermometer, but its easy to tell if the temp is over 30 or not and friday when i saw it it seemed quite hot, but today i saw it and its been well ventilated and is much lower. the lights have been mvoed back aswell.

but i dont think the ph has played part since hes nto giving nutes right now and water is 6.3.

I keep looking at that photo and i can't get away from ph. I would let the difference in climate take a shot at letting her recoop. Even though your friend isn't supplementing any nutes, there are nutrients in compost. The plant can't take up the nutrition in the soil without a safe ph. You say the ph is 6.3. How about the soil? whats the ph there?
