help please

ive been growin my plant i do not kno yet if the plant is wheter female or male but thats ok as time goes ill figure it out but how long till my plant actually starts to grow fan leafs and from there how long should it take for my plant to start flowering buds if (female)

how do you expect anyone to answer that?
I suggest you read the grow faq, top right...

This is a male preflower. Look towards the upper shoots maybe a node or 2 down from the grow tip.
