Help please

What are these? I was watering and doing a weekly inspection and found these on one of my girls. Only one had them and I removed the leaf, treated all plants with need oil too.

Looks like them to me.

Indeed interesting though as they are found around cabbage usually. I'm in the pnw- wonder where that thing came from.

Ya i'm way up here too, and never seen them before now. Those eggs sure look freaky! Maybe they hitched a ride somehow? I sure hope so, and that they didn't migrate, lol.

Lady bug looks similar too though
