HELP PLEASE

So I germinated 6 seeds and planted them after 3 days, the next day i got impatient dug up the soil and found the seed had fallen off the tap root and so i took the taproot and planted it so that the 2 small leaves would poke through the soil but the taproot would be going down, have I killed them or will they survive

this isnt the same question because in this one i explain how i placed them popped out of the soil instead of them popping on there own and i want to know if by me placing it so that the leaves popped out from the soil killed it
