Help Please. Possible Zinc Def or Nutrient Lockout

Could someone please help me diagnose this problem. This is my first grow.

Roots Organics soil.
Day 31 Blue Ryder autoflower.

My new growth has been coming in quite fucked over the last week. New leaves are extremely thin and starting to contort which leads me to believe this is a Zinc deficiency. Can anyone confirm this judging by the pics?

Now I have started to notice some yellowing on the tips of fan leaves on a couple of the other plants in conjunction with the new growth problem which has me thinking it is a nute lockout.

Plants have been showing signs for almost a week and I would think they would look much worse if it was complete nutrient lockout.

Last night I flushed all 5 plants with plain water, pH at 6.7. Then this morning fed them with 1/4 strength Earth Juice Microblast (for possible zinc def.) and 1/4 strength Botanicare Bloom nutes.

I need to know:

1. Is my diagnosis correct?
2. Did I do the right thing in attempting to correct it.

I have seen no noticeable improvement since last night. What I have noticed is the dead spots in the 3rd pic and tip yellowing on the last pic although I just might not have noticed this to begin with since it is very limited and not affecting all plants.

Someone please help
Hey, have you checked the pH of your soil run off recently? I currently have a calcium def. caused by low soil pH (was around 5 or less for almost two weeks, I had no idea), even though I started with 6.8 balanced soil and only watered with pH of 7. I'm not sure if your zinc def. is correct or not, but regardless it looks like you caught what ever it is early. Good luck friend.

I didn't check the runoff last time I watered, will do next time. When I checked the direct pH of the soil it was around 7 but I think my meter is a P.O.S. so I don't put much faith in that.

Thanks for the input. Anyone else out there had or have something similar?
