HELP PLEASE! 10 weeks into flower light left on too long

I am 10 weeks into flowering and my timer seems to have broken, it kicked off my 1000w HPS on time, but left my T5 system going, it was on three and a half hours too long before I caught it, will this turn my plant hermie? Should I harvest early without waiting for all the trichs to turn or will it be ok? Please let me know ASAP as I have a flight leaving in 5 hours and I will be gone for a week, if I need to harvest early I HAVE to do so NOW!

10 weeks in shouldnt they be ready?

Different plants/strains have different flowering times, these are about a week from ready, anyone have any input?

That late in, I personally woudl not sweat it and leave them till they are ready to be chopped.

should be fine...jus watch closely love to love them...and give em theyre week....it takes lots of stress to herm a plant and if this is a first then its fine....easy skankin

I accidentally left my 1000w HPS on for 4 hours longer than it should be. I hope I don't get a hermie, but it from the sound of it, it looks like I'll be ok. These forums f*cking rock.
