help
i got a couple for plants just sprouted and they are strectching i got one cflc 100 watt and about 4 inches 5 inches away form the plant whats gonig on?

You can snug them up to almost touching ,They are the right kelvin 6500 or so.
relax and wait it out.

they should be 4cm away from light so adjust height every day

Don't aim the bulb straight down on them, run it horizontal, or get a Y splitter, and have TWO! Gl
