Help, plants are to tall

they are sativas and in there first week of flowering. i planted from bagseed. its sept 23, i tied one down today. it was also topped in veg. does this look ok???? or will it stress my plant out???? i cant have it go pass the fence. also will the bending of the branch tip still support the buds????? any guess when theyll be finished. im in so cal desert.

please help this is my first grow.

dude, we told u the answer in your other thread on the other forum. please stop posting the same thing in different forums. its also against the rules just so ya know. what was wrong with the answers we gave on the other thread?

i wasnt mad or anything......from your reply it seems you think i was. sorry if i worded my first post in here in a way that made you think i was. u can ask the question in different ways in the diff forums if u want more responses after waiting a bit between them for people to see em and answer. then u can refine your questions in the next thread about it. you can also bump a thread if its not getting any responses really. just type bumbbumpbump and it wil put it back on the top of the page where everyone can see it.
