help picking seeds autoflowering

my grow room is around 4/5ft long 3 1/2 ft high 3and a half wide with 4 4ft flourescent tubes along the top.

i am new to growing autoflowering plant and this is the last grow i am allowed to do in my parents house so would like some great bud to end on.

any particularly high yeilding strong strains that you would recommend?

and how many autoflowering plants i could fit in there?
