Help & over all input

Hey guys quick question this is my first grow that's not just throwing some seed in the gardens durning summer and praying haha. I've strictly just used soil and water.
I've starter to notice and as you see in a few of the pictures the tip of one of the new leaves is yellow just one though and on another newer one looks to be a bit thrashed (dis regard the very low mangled 2 leaves I burnt those) but have been cautious to not have the light close enough to cause direct damage since the first burn. Other than the 2 or 3 pictures I have questions on hows it lookin so far

Indica's grown inside are suppose to look short and bushy. The string thing you got going is bad.

The browning could be due to too much direct light/heat or burning nutrients.

Is that f'in aluminum foil and scotch tape?!

Look I know it's your first grow but come on, your raping that plant. End it's misery and cut it down now before later. Take a break from growing, read up on the basics, watch a few videos, scan through a few grow journals, pick out some actual growing lights, and try again only then after.

I see no canna testicles as yet! ...but you need to trash that fucking light ...is junk settle for 3-6 23w cfl's if you can, pot up to a 3 gallon plastic pot, with 30% perlite to avoid nute burn and root compaction..

Id have to agree with AquariusPanta. If the basics are covered then you will never get decent results. buy a good grow bible and read read read! Hang out here on RIU and READ some more. be prepared to invest a bit if your serious about it otherwise better off putting it on your roof!

yeah sure looks like a heat lamp to me not a grow lamp .....

No its sold as a grow light (if its the one I had years ago), but cfls would be the way to go. And not just one, like somebody mentioned. Looks like you are fully capable, just need a better light setup and youll see better results.

I think it looks fine, stretched a little but overall it looks fine. For a first grow not terrible. Gotta start somewhere
