help or advice on my growing

Hey I'm a recently new grower. I've planted 3 plants. 2 of them died this one shot straight up. I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on growing it and what they think so far.

Pic's and a lot more info what kind of medium are you using, what kind of nutrients if you are using any? light setup etc and how old
