Help! One of My Plants is Sick. Leaves Discouloured and Curled. Pics Included

Im a first timer and have a small opperation when i started had some temp probs getting which i corrected with air flow, used some fert with new soil which caused a problem with all now three of my ladies are back up to health but one has refused to bounce back and im not sure why. pics attached please help, sorry about the lighting i took the pics while under the 600w hps

ad try and take those leaves off, there useless you can leave the new ones which are true leaves and just make sure ur temps aren't to high for seedlings

Can we get some pics without HPS please also need to know EVERYTHING about your grow.
