Im going to be growing 4 different plants and strains nothern lights, bubbalicious, sour diesel, white widow all on a ebb and flow system what nutes to your recommend and also how much of yield would I get from them if they were lighted properly and watered correctly also what temperature does the water have to be for the plants to properly absorb the water and how often should the ebb and flow system be filled

proper lighting is easy, vegetative - blue/white light, 2700k-3200k fluorescent, min 425nm-730nm with focus on the 400s when using leds, MH bulb for hid
flowering is red/warm light, 6000k-7000k fluorescent, 425-730 with focus on the 600-700 for leds, HPS for hid
The amount/harvest is dependent upon the size/length of vegetative time. along with supercroping/fimming/lst/scrog/trimming techniques used. think approximately 1/3 - 1/2 of the wet weight. (may be less according to your curing techniques and length)
For 20 days of veg, i received 2 ounces dry per plant. (autoflowers)
water temperature should be cool, not cold to the touch, 60's maybe?
for nutrients please do your own research as im sure a lot of people here will tell you what to do.
