Help! Nutrients or light or c02?

Help I've been growing this strain for a while. Several of the tips are turning yellow some have died. It started at the top. Im 3-4 weeks out from harvest. Please help. This is my first run with c02, strictly on a timer so I thought maybe c02 poisoning or light burn combo? What do you guys/girls think it is? Please help

Also has anyone else seen sludge build up in there rez from terpinator?

Setup.
Hydro bucket system

Veg+bloom and terpinator

1000hps air cooled

C02 (newbie)

Thanks everyone,
DaBigJizzle

I don't grow in hydro but I'm almost certain you shouldn't have any kind of sludge build up. How's the ph?

Lights should have at least 24" clearance from plants. I'd dilute your water since you're close to harvest- 1/3 to 1/4 of the directions for nutrients. I've never had a need for co2 and have only read negative things about adding it. As long as you're bringing in air from somewhere that gets decent circulation, that should be enough. Plants absorb both co2 and oxygen. Buds could also be pulling energy and nutrients from leaves, but tip discoloration is most likely nutrient or light/heat burn.

that pH is way too high for hydro. You're locking out phosphorus, potassium, iron and a few others at those levels. Why is it so high? Start your water around 5.5 and let it climb to around 6.0 before lowering it to 5.8 if you need to at all...usually time for a res change by then.

As far as using co2, shoot for around 1100 ppms. I have used co2 for years and found that 1100 ppms is a sweet spot. I have 2 rooms and the co2 infused room out performs the non co2 room 100% of the time...usually by 20% or so. One of the bigger advantages of co2 is that it cuts veg time down a ton...usually by 1/3 to 1/2. Don't ever let anyone tell you that adding co2 is a negative thing.

EDIT: 24" for a light is ridiculous if you're cooling it properly. You want the light spread from your reflector to cover your entire canopy, get it as low as possible while still maintaining good coverage.
