HELP! Nothing is working

Hey everyone, ive been having some trouble with only one of my plants. I didnt do anything different with this guy but hes all shriveled but still growing new leaves really well? Im so confused on what it is because ive over watered and gave him nothing and he never changed. Please leave some ideas. THANK YOU!

Looks like heavy leaves, might be case of overwatering.
