Help new growth on top of plants looks bad

Strain gorilla glue clones :They were over fed 3 days ago but are starting to dry out now but I’m not sure if this issue has got any thing to do with the over feeding. the new growth on the top of them looks wrinkly
Also I have 2 lemon kush seedlings in half two litre pop bottles the bigger ones roots are matted clustered down the side of the bottle and the bottom of the bottle but I can’t get soil to replant untill Saturday is there any thing I could do to prevent damage

all plants are in tent under 600w last feed was plain water temp is around 28

How often are you watering? What's the temps in the grow room? How close is your light? Are you feeding them anything yet? If so what ppm? What's the ph of your water/ nutrients? Give more info so people van help you out.

Don’t have a ph pen last Fred was plain water light is 3 ft of top of plants temp is 25.7 humidity is 57% had lowered lights but was getting to hot because I need to get a clip on fan
