Help needed plz

My stealth cab grow is in the 70's with lights on but drops to 50's when off i have 100w actual watts cfl's 7 of them 3 pc fans which all get turned off with lights what can i do to keep the heat

where is the cab locaded at ??? you can buy a little heater from wallmart that has a temp reader...
