Help, my LEDs have died

First off let me say hello, I've been lurking (and learning a lot) for a while but this is my first post.
And so to business...
Following advice from a lot of the knowledgeable members on this forum I set up an LED grow using 4 Cree CXB3070AB 3000k and a Meanwell HLG185H-C1050B. I got the setup finished at the beginning of February and had been well chuffed with it, definitely the most efficient lighting I have used. All was going well until I went to visit the folks over Easter. All was perfect when I left but when I came back yesterday one of the cobs was not illuminating at all and the other three were very faintly glowing. I've tried to capture the effect in these photos but having to make to with a rubbish smartphone and photographing in a tight space.

Not sure that it makes any difference but top left is nearest the power supply and bottom right is furthest in that image. I also measured voltage across the two cobs that i could get to and strangely they were different, 25v on the second closest and 108v on the furthest from the power supply. I also went slightly overkill on the cooling as i manged to get these cpu coolers for a bargain:

So I don't think overheating is the issue but I could be wrong. And finally, a picture of my ladies, C99 on the left, Purple Maroc on the right, both from Female Seeds, one week into 12/12 and grown in hempy buckets.

Sorry to have written an essay as my first post but I didn't want to leave any of the details out.

UPDATE:
I have found that the problem is with cob 4 (bottom right in the picture). Upon closer inspection I noticed that the surface of the cob was cracked and upon removing it from the circuit the other three fired up again. I've ordered another cob to replace it but would still like to know why this happened. I would guess at overheating but it seems to be in good contact with the heatsink still so I'm not certain.

I bet it shorted out from either too much current or the front of your circuit touched metal and then the last one in the series touched the metal and pow! The last one's broken and then the others got 25v too much and they burned out shortly after.

Just a whim from eyeballing possibilties on my current cob build. Im a bit hesitant to complete it...
