Heres the deal, I have three plants going there plnated n MC soil and I have two 90watt UFO LED ligts on them. they are getting 18 hours of light a day. I also have a fan and a charcoal filter in the room. At first just one of my planst leaves where falling down, then come morning they would be fine, then by the end of the day they would be falling down again, know all three plants are doing it. falling down at the end of the day then morning time going back to normall. I had posted another post inregards to the issue some one said over wattering, know its two days sense I have watterd. here are some pics please help me save them for they die on me.

18/6 is the best light ratio for your plants during their vegetative stage, so thats not your problem, however, I strongly disagree with ever using LEDs for growing marijuana. Not a very natural spectrum with those things.
If your using 2 90's that equals 180 total watts for three plants. I'd say thats probably not enough. You should boost your wattage up to atleast 300w to get the most out of your 3 plants. Your pictures tell me that your current light spectrum is more on the warm side (red) and thats great, but only for flowering. During veg you need a more cool (blue) spectrum. Try purchasing cool white fluoro's, or daylight's. CFL's are also very cheap. T-5's and MH are best, but they can get expensive. Either way, you should definately boost your total light wattage.
Are you feeding nutes? Only water when the soil feels dry. I reccomend using a water soluble 20-20-20.
