System- GH hydrofarm (clay pebbles) mid sized cabinet.
Lights - T5 (4) 2ft bulbs (24w) each.. 6800k i believe
Air - massey small desk fan works great.
Nutrients - GH Floraseries (micro, gro, bloom) also use superthrive and h2o2

I transplated from soil to ponics at day 15. Growth was stunted, color was pale a yellow and soil would not drain right or dry.
I used scotts peat soil mix with no perlite and it suffocated my roots i believe. I decided to transplant into the hydrosystem to save her. Gently washed off soil from roots. They were just short enough not to go through the drain holes in the bottom of the drip system. So i spread them out and filled with pre soaked clay pebbles. It started showing signs of growth, stronger leaves and better color. It has been 4 days since i transplanted and now i noticed this browning/yellowing of the stem. I looked a little further down and noticed signs of new root growth since i transplanted it. couldnt see much color from posistion. My leaves have burn spots from water drops ..oops and the tips on the bottom two leaves burnt cause i add couple ml of micro.. just think i had the pump running to much.. IMAG0357.jpg.

You don't transplant from hydro to soil for one thing you are making it more complicated than you have to. Put your seeds in sunshine mix 4 and plain water they'll love it for the first week after that you'll have to start feeding something. As

What PH are you working at? You lockout magnesium at 7.0 ph so if its that high bring it down to between 5.8 and 6.5 and it should dissappear

Ok so instead of telling you what you should have done I will tell you what you should do now since you have done what you have done and thats it. First stop panicing because 4 days is a short period of time to a plant. Second move the pieces of geolite(the rocks) away from the stem so they are not making contact with the base of the plant. Third be patient its a sick little plant and it might look worse before it looks better. Also instead of the peroxide try worm casting tea (do a search).

looks like N deficiency to me. I just sprouted some seeds that within a week showed signs of N deficiency and greened right up after a very mild dose of GH Floranova grow. Also I find that is takes a week sometimes for my plants to recover from a transplant when they are healthy so in your position it might take longer. Try a very mild dose of grow and micro and maybe even a foliar feed to keep her happy.

Good luck
