Help me save my babies!

Ok ima keep it short and sweet....

I have three 2 week old plants, I gave 1/4 GH Veg nutes and the 3rd day they started to yellow, so I emptied my resovior and fillen it back up with bottled water PH around 5.5 and 6. New growth seems to still be a bright yellow and the veins are very defined. Any help would be very much appriciated!

pics would be nice to see but maybe nitrogen diff. but like i said its hard to say without pics

I know I wasn't sure how to put pictures off my phone on here. But what does this sound like..... all 3 if my babies are looking a little nute burnish but what's weird is my new leaves coming in are all yellow with dark veins. Any idea what it could be?


And say it was just a little nute burn, will that affect my male to female ratio? And how long usually do seedlings take to bounce back to healthy?
