Help me recreate BAS Craft Blend

I love watching Build a Soil, but their products are on the other side of the planet from me.

I have most of the ingredients, I am just wondering what kind of ratio you guys would mix all of it up? Equal parts of everything, or something more calculated?

For those who can't remember what is in BAS Craft Blend it is

Kelp Meal
Karanja Seed Cake (I'll have to use Neem Cake)
Alfalfa Meal
Soft Rock Phosphate
Camelina (Wild Flax) meal
Crustacean Meal
Fish Meal
Fish Bone Meal
Soybean Meal
Langbeinite
Malted Barley
Volcanic Tuff (i'll have to replace this with Glacial Rock Dust)
Basalt
Gypsum
Oyster Shell Flour

It's right on their website. All equal parts except the fish bone meal is 3x.
