Hi there I just recently started my first grow with 14w LED it is now day 15 and in the last few days it has been twisting and developed a couple little black spots at the tips can anybody tell me if this is because of under watering or not enough light ? Pics below

Looks dry

They don't need much light when that small, so I'd choose underwatered I think?

What do I know lol

How often you watering and how much?

Big containers make it hard for watering very small plants

Over and under watering are real issues

Aw okay thanks I water with spray bottle once a day and when I see the top layer of soil dry out

Soil is do-able its just your crazy watering techniques droughting the plant.

Have you got more seeds?

This time i want you to soak the entire volume of the soil (i use three inch pots but solo cups are about the same size just cut the top centimeter off and remember to cut drainage holes).

When the soil still looks wet/damp but the pot feels lighter by quite a bit BINGO water the whole lot again.

Fuck that spray bottle off 100%, maybe your gran or mom might find a use for it somewhere - we use wet dry cycles and water again when a certain percentage is lost... easy dude.

Okay thanks man yeah I'm obviously a new to this lol I have another seed germinating in damp paper towel atm and will put that one into solo cup and try it that way :)

Yes it will be much easier watering seedlings in solo cups

Using the lift method helps too

lift the cup or pot when its dry and again when its soaked, give yourself an idea of how close they are to needing water again.

As KG said, these plants love wet and dry cycles, so most of us are soaking our pots until we see runoff coming out the bottom, then we wont water them again until they are dried out and light to lift.

Not dried out though, just when lighter - the soil can look wet but not have any free water for the roots.

Ya I guess I should have been more clear on that, we don't want plants wilting because we left them to dry out lol
