help me please ....plant is dying

My daughter knocked over one of my babies only has its first couple leaves. Didn't tell me and tried to clean it up...noticed she stuck it back in and no roots were in contact. ..idk what to do please advise me wtd...new time grower....

This is my 2nd plant she's almost killed or.killed...first one she over watered and it's basically dead now no roots and idk what to do please help

Well for one dont have your daughter take of your plants.

And if theres no roots left id say start over. Without roots a plant can't do much. And if youre only on tue second set you only lost like a week or two.
