Help me perfect my closet design

I've been scheming about the perfect set up for my small closet space. I wanted to maximize the area and since it's so narrow I thought a two tiered approach would be the way to go. Flowering plants up top in a scrog, and clones and mothers underneath with the MH. My main concern now is the heat on the lower plants under the 175W MH. It's a longer run with the ducting of course, but I am also considering bringing in air from outside the room so the lights are completely sealed off. The only place I can do that would be from above in the attic, so it would be another long run of ducting to get to that light.

I'm not ready for Hydro so I'm going with soil/organic in smart pots. I wanted to be able to flush the plans while they're in the screen so I bought some plastic bins to put the pots in. I should be able to flush them out without moving them. I am hoping to be able to use a submersible pump to move water from the bathroom into the closet for the flush. I am thinking I can adjust the water if needed beforehand in the bathtub.

I'm still trying to figure out the airflow, but thinking I should probably spec a 6" vortex fan rather than a 4". I plan to use insulated ducting to carry the heat away from the lights. For keeping the smell down I was thinking about putting in another inline fan with a carbon filter to circulate the room air. I was wondering do I need an intake fan for the room itself?

As you can see there isn't a lot of extra room, but do you think there is enough space for the mothers and clones?

Here is the list of stuff I have budgeted so far (with a few minor items missing);

Hortilux 400W Super HPS Mogul Base Grow Bulb
Eye 400W 4200K Horizontal BT37 Metal Halide Bulb
Lumatek 400W 120.240V HPS/MH Electronic Ballast
Hydrofarm Radiant 6in AC reflector w/glass, 15FT lamp cord
Smart Pot 5-Gal Soft Growing Container
Fox Farm Big Bloom .01-.3-.7 Organic Nutrient Quart
Fox Farm Grow Big 6-4-4 Nutrient Quart
Fox Farm Tiger Bloom 2-8-4 Organic Nutrient Quart
VelCro® Plant Ties
Mylar 2 mil x 4' x 50' Reflective Film
Rapitest Soil Test Kit
Vortex 6 inch 449 CFM High Power Inline Fan
ActiveAir 16 Inch Oscillating Wall Fan
Temp-2V Fan Speed Control Variable Idle & Setpoint
Voodoo Juice Organic Beneficial Bacteria 500ml
AN Sensizym 1L
Tarantula 50g
Dip'N Grow 2oz
Hanna Checker pH1 Tester
Fox Farm Ocean Forest organic potting soil 1.5 cu. ft.

A fair amount more than I had hoped in the beginning at around $1,400 or so

General comments, questions and critiques welcome.

LOL thats like almost the exact same as mine :P except im so freaking poor, I found a cupboard that someone abandoned, the rest of the wood for the box is going to be donated from a friend, im getting a light off craigslist for 150 (400w ballast / hood / carbon filter can / and some nutes) I think the ballast is for a MH but someone told me you can get them converted for like 20$ or something, I hope thats true.

Hay pot , I have a 8+10 split in half . On one side I made a bench 2 feet wide in an L shape 3 1/2feet tall .I have 4 foot cool whites tubes on top.Cfls on bottom, the bottom is split up in 3 spaces each with own light sorce .the little ones on top were its nice and warm, put veg + mothers on bottom. On the other side of the wall 4+5 ft space just right for a 400 Hps.
