HELP ME i HAVE A QUESTiON

i just cought a praying mantis that came in my house its about 3" big. Can i use it to eat the spider mites that i have in my plants???

The mantis can and will eat alot of baddies in your garden, however mites are not on there diet. if you are in veg get some lady bugs, and if you are in flower get some predatory mites
