Help me design a veg room. $800 budget and a homebox xl.

Ive decided to quit buying seeds and start a mother/veg run and could use your help. Ive given myself an $800 budget to buy everything i need. I already have a tent (homebox xl 56x56x7, but nothing else. My flower room is also a homebox xl equipped with two 400 hps. My dilema is what lights i should get? 400w? cfls? Both probably huh? What cloneing accessories i need? Shelving? Fan? Reflector? And most of all how to arrange everything. I currently have 8 bb x nl vegging under the 400's right now and 4 seeds of that strain left. tia.

Is it really neccessary to splurge on the digital ballast? Im definetly going to have an air cooled light but i dont need an air scrubber im assuming. Just leave one end of the reflector open? Or connect the other end to the intake hole? Im not fooling with the stanley blowers anymore so what fan should i consider?

man, that is alot to digest.. but i will try to help you with some of your questions.. i have heard that canfans are a good product.. check out a good hydro site such as htg supply and have a look..
i would go with possibly using a t5 set-up for the clone and mother room.. plenty of light for some clones and a mother, and you can get them in either a two footer or a four footer.. and they also come with either a four bulb version or a two bulb version.. i am currently using the two footer with the four bulbs for veg for the first time and am quiet happy with the results so far..
air scrubbers aren't a necisity if you life somewhere where odor isn't a problem, but i would suggest one otherwise, and would be easy to hook up to an aircooled lamp..
the bonus with digital ballasts are the fact that they allow you to use both hps and mh bulbs if you want to switch between vegging and flowering, but as you plan on a seperate room for veg and flower, i am not sure if you really need one..
