help me create my new grow setup

okay guys after a lot of thinking ive decided im going to do a hydro grow tent. now i maybe also switch off and do soil sometimes but that doesnt matter im looking for hydro now. i need help choosing a good quailty grow tent im looking for a medium size. i also need help picking out a 400 wat hps setup, GOOD ventelation *, hydro set up, nutes ect i really need help guys. also any lighting kits or and kits in general. i want a really good setup i herd i should get a fogger for the hydro setup? idk just throw out any ideas options anything thanks alot guys

my space is big i have enough rooms for just about anything lol
but im only looking in a 400 w hps or MAYBE 600 because i dont want to raise my electricity bill alot at all

how much do you have to spend?
