Help me buy/build a mother cabinet

OK so i need to build a cabinet that can hold 2 mothers that i will keep under a bunch of cfls for cloning purposes. I went to walmart today and saw a 25 inch by 18 inches by 35 inches tall plastic cabinet for 40 bucks. it seems perfect but im not sure how i would attach or hang my cfls which are attached to power strips. I have a dril and a rotary/dremmel thing tool, and i only have hand saws. DO you think i could build one with wood for cheaper? WHat kind of wood would i use?

If you think i could do it with the already build plastic thing tell me how to hang/attach the power strips with cfls on them.

go to lowes or any other who sell wood and build you a 2w-2 1/2L and 4-5 feet tall (depends on how tall you want your mothers)

things for a shelf- i think 1dollar each(need four) to put plants on if you are having a reservoir
